Working with a small team for specialist input when needed, Tom, Chris and John call on their many years of knowledge, experience and skill over a range of disciplines within the construction industry to produce some outstanding container conversions with attention to detail that is second-to-none.

Tom Carlill

Director

I’ve been in Project Management within the Construction Industry for major principal contractors for 15 years, working on a huge variety of projects over that time. From Premiership football training academies, hospitals and hotels; to helipads, car parks and cafés. It’s just great being part of a close team to build something and, in years to come, see it being used and be proud to say you were part of it!

In my spare time, I love socialising with family and friends, and getting out and about with my wife and two lovely children, whether it be hiking through the hills, or biking by the river! I’m also a keen snooker player, and would also love to get back into my early love of flying (if and when time and money allows!).

My dream container conversion would be a mini-pub set-up with a fully-stocked bar, pool table, dartboard where I can let my hair down (figuratively speaking!), and maybe some karaoke, with family and friends!

Chris Walsh

Director

I’ve trained and worked as a fabricator/welder for over 10 years both in a workshop environment and site. Constructing all sorts of things from steel-framed buildings and industrial storage tanks, through to gates, railings, staircases, stainless-steel handrails and banisters. You name it, I’ve probably done it!

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, camping and any outdoor activities.

I have a great vision of building a holiday retreat with high-end converted containers as luxury lodges with Thai theme. The possibilities are endless when building with containers!

John Cooper

Director

Hi my name is John. With over 40 years’ experience in the building trade, specialising in the finishing trades, working on a huge range of different projects in that time, I pride myself in a very high standard of craftsmanship down to the finest detail.

My hobbies are fishing and watching football.

My dream conversion would be situated on the edge of a lake where I could fish whenever I wanted. As long as it has a very large flatscreen TV with all of the sports channels!
